We’ve all seen dandelions in the countryside. The flowers radiate sunshine on even the dullest day. Their seedheads give our children hours of fun. They bring a smile to our faces.
Not just pretty, but useful too. Dandelions have played a traditional part in our food and drink from salads of the young leaves to dandelion & burdock. And they are used in some herbal medicines.
We chose Dandelion as the name for our new café bars to reflect the warmth of the welcome and the informal environment. We aim to bring the charm of the British countryside indoors.
